Classes

Classes will start the first week in January. There will be classes covering the following:

• Microsoft Word 2007

• Microsoft Excel (Spread Sheet)

• The Internet

• Windows 7

• Beginner

• Basic Digital Photography

Sign-up sheets for the classes are available in the Computer Room and at our 9:30AM meetings on Thursday mornings. There is a $5.00 fee for taking a class.

  Computer Room Monitoring Program

Beginning in November, the Monitoring Program resumes and runs through April in the Computer Rooms. Please check the schedule in the covered showcase beside the Computer Room door for specific times. Room Monitors are on duty from 8:00am to 8:00pm Monday - Friday and Saturdays during the busiest Resort season. For Non-members access during the summer months, see the poster in the showcase for a contact person.

If you are a Computer Club Member and would be willing to share a couple of hours of your time weekly to help in the Computer Room, please contact Pat Doyle at 623-444-8333.

Room Monitor Schedule

Computer Room Access

When you, as a member are in the Computer Room  and there is no Monitor on duty, you have a responsibility to kindly tell non-members who request access that they should come back when a Monitor is there to assist them.  Show them the schedule posted on the bulletin board and in the show case outside the door. If you allow a non-member access, you are responsible to monitor that person .  Please help us protect the provided equipment. 

Computer Room hours for members are 6:15 am to 9:45 pm daily. 

You will be required to leave the room when Security makes their rounds at 9:45 pm. The upper lock will be unlocked when security opens rooms at 6:15 am.
